Communication Objectives
Since Impact Hub is a facility that is still making a name for itself in the Peoria community, we want to inform our target audience of Impact Hub and what it’s all about while channeling the company’s light and friendly atmosphere. We will stress that Impact Hub offers a collaborative workspace so that anyone can channel ideas and receive feedback while working in this environment. We wish to focus on the relationships and connections that are made within the Hub community, and the benefits that can come from these relations in the long run. Expressing that Impact Hub is a community of diverse, young minds will help give off the vibe that the Hub is a place where anyone can get involved.
Target Audience
Our primary audience will be Bradley University Alumni. We would like to target men and woman from the ages of 25-35 who possess entrepreneurial goals, a friendly personality, and unwavering ambition. This target knows the Peoria community well, and would serve as great members of Impact Hub. This target audience consists of men and women that are trying to find and make connections with others, get started on their own business or get launched into their new career, and are striving for success. We fear that focusing on specifics will only hinder the idea that Impact Hub is a place for all varieties of creative thinkers. Overall, we want to target fresh, young minds that can bring something new to the table.
Key Insights
In recent years, studies show, there has been a surge in employers hiring students right out of college or shortly after graduation, due to the fact that they have fresh knowledge of the industry. Graduates need that extra step after they complete their college careers, that extra push that helps land them into where they need to be, and Impact Hub can help them with that. The target audience is driven by an intense amount of passion, for they have been waiting to get out of school and into the world, eager to make their mark. This coupled with the opportunities and resources available from The Impact Hub is a sure way to create success. In creating a footprint with the Impact Hub Peoria, they also gain a network of connections, learn new strategies, and continue to grow and learn more about themselves. Impact Hub creates an opportunity that launches graduates into the working world.
